When is the best time for me to attend a birth class?

30-34 weeks' gestation allows you to have ample time to implement the techniques learned in class for optimal fetal positioning before your labor begins.  Secondly, it decreases the risk of you missing the class due to unforeseen pregnancy complications.

Is this just a "natural" childbirth class?

Absolutely not! What is natural anyway?  We discuss all options available for you during labor and birth.  The method that you choose after class is totally up to you!

Who may accompany me to class?

You may have one support person attend the class with you.  No children or videotaping of class allowed.

How do I register and pay for class?

Please fill out the contact form. I will contact you and get the information needed for the contract and invoice to be sent.  Once these are returned, your registration will be held.

If I have to cancel, can I get a refund? 

You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least a week (7 days) before the class or if you deliver your baby before attending the class (please provide documentation). If you cancel any time after that, no refund will be given.
